Our offices use a variety of different chiropractic techniques to affect or correct the alignment, motion or function of a vertebral joints. Below is a list of the ones we commonly use our patients because we believe they provide the best short and long term results.
Diversified: A classic chiropractic technique that uses specific manual thrusts focused on restoring normal bio-mechanical function and we use it to adjust extremity joints.
Flexion-Distraction: A gentle, non-force adjusting procedure which mixes chiropractic principles with osteopathic principles and utilizes specialized adjusting tables with movable parts.
Thompson Drop-Table Technique: This is when we use a precision adjusting table with a weighing mechanism which adds only enough tension to hold the patient in the "up" position before the thrust is given.
Activator Method: A procedure where a Activator Adjusting Instrument is used instead of by-hand adjustments. The Activator Method gives consistent mechanical low-force, high-speed clicks to the body.
